Happy Fall!

Here's a favorite mini-quilt I discovered when I opened up the Halloween decorations this week. I made it last year, along with several other Fallish projects. The pattern is called "Three Amigos" - I purchased it on my first visit to Capital Quilts - I think it's exclusively sold through quilt shops, so if you like it, check with your local shop, or perhaps CQ will send it to you. I only used one amigo, of course. I see several things I'd do differently if I made it this year, but it shows where I was with my quilting 12 months ago, and that's cool too.

Is it just me, or has the amount of decorating for Halloween increased substantially over the past few years? I used to have just one tub of Fall fun, now it's up to 3! I just love celebrating my favorite season!

New podcast will be up tomorrow!

Thanks for the podcast. Interesting on the judging. I'm not much for perfection - just enjoy doing it. My quilts look great if you don't look too close. I guess I'll keep them out of shows!! Tami
