Great Antique Store: Farmhouse Salvage

I discovered a great new antique store called Farmhouse Salvage.   It's full of shabby chic and farmhouse goodies.  Located in Jarrestsville, MD (about 40 minutes from my house), I had the best time there on Saturday.  The owner, Sandy, has a wonderful eye, and a great sense of style.  There was inspiration around every corner.  Here are a few of my favorites:

Love this wicker sleigh - no place for it, but it's still cool.  A farm near my house has one that's painted red and they put it out with lights every Christmas - love that!

These two pieces make me want to paint everything white:

Except of course for the things I paint blue and pink:

I made a few great purchases - check back later in the week for photos.  Feel free to pin any of these photos - Sandy gave her OK.  Oh, and you can find Farmhouse Salvage on Facebook here.

What a fun place and full of gorgeous treasures. It's amazing what a coat of paint will do. Love the table in the first picture and the windows/doors behind it.

Drove up to Farmhouse Salvage yesterday!!! OMG, Love it. I will be starting to go up whenever I can. And she said they are going to start opening on Fridays, so I see meeting my friend for a little browsing and a nice lunch somewhere in the area in my very near future. Miss you!!
