San Diego Fabric Haul

Here's some of the great fabric I found in San Diego.  Most from Rosie's Calico Cupboard.  Amazing place! So many things I'd never seen before.  The gentleman who cut my fabric said they have over 20,000 different bolts of fabric...sigh!  I'll do a full review on the next podcast.
This is my absolute favorite find - hello, pink and turquoise - it's by RJR Fabrics, the "What's Cookin" Line by Dan Morris.  Wouldn't this make a great apron?  I bought 2 yards of it.  Any ideas of what else I could make with it?

LOVE that fabric!!!! The apron idea is great. You might also consider a casserole carrier? Or a cover for a notebook of collected recipes?
I would be tempted to just put it on my table as a tablecloth so I could see it every day! It reminds me of the 50's.

Oh, I like what Linda said about a notebook cover for recipes - that would be perfect.

I also LOVE the mod fabric with the blue/green circles - and are those coffee cups I see? - TO FUN!

Cool fabric! I've been wanting to make a cover for my stand mixer...I think something like this fabric would be awesome for that!

I love Rosie's Calico Cupboard! I've only been there one time but it was a memorable shopping trip. I spent an hour in the store and I'm not sure I saw everything. You got some great stuff!

What about a toaster or mixer cover.

Super adorable fabric - I bet it would be cute as hot pads or oven mitts too!

LOVE the kitchen fabric! I would use it to decorate kitchen towels to begin with :)
