My youngest son's birthday was during the week, and we're planning a full celebration for the weekend, so I didn't want to have 2 cakes - not that we couldn't eat them, just wanted to watch calories a bit. This recipe was super-easy, and the portion size was perfect - 4 little ramekins of deliciousness.
And, yes, there is a whole stick of butter in the mix, meaning each serving has a quarter stick of butter. Don't think about the calories, just save it for a special occasion, like when your "baby" turns 12.

OH! You make me wish I hadn't given up sugar and carbs as my New Year's resolution! That looks amazing. I wonder if there is a way to make it sugarfree...hmmmm.
I just wanted to say that I love your podcast. I am hoping that you will be able to do another one soon. Your podcast led me to SeamedUp and I am LOVING it.
I hope to hear from you soon. You have inspired me. I think I am going to try podcasting...once I get it all figured out. Thank you so much for your time and your sharing!
