Happy Valentine's Day

Hope everyone has a fun and Happy Valentine's Day. Thought I'd share some lovely handmade cards that my sister Jan made this year.  I always look forward to receiving her creative cards - she sends them through snail mail, and it's a fun treat. I really like the vintage look she chose this year.

She even found a way to make one of the cards boy-friendly!

Had a great time with Jan this past weekend, indoctrinating teaching my SIL Darlene and her sister how to machine quilt.  They made some mug rugs, and we cut out the blocks for them to make place mats and a table runner.  It's so much fun to share our love of sewing and quilting with new recruits!
