Santa's on His Way

Here's my first finish from Itty Bitty Toys. This Santa was pretty easy, not as "fiddly" as I expected. I used pellets in the bottom, and it gives him a nice stability. J called it a "Santerpiece" when I left it on the table on this little pedestal. :)

Also, here's "Henny House" from Softies Only a Mother Could Love (mentioned on podcast Episode 20).  I love the Anna Maria Horner fabric used on this guy - they were scraps from a quilt my friend Anne is making.

I've been a busy little elf, finishing Christmas gifts before the big day. Still a few more to do.  How about you crafty folks?  Do you still have gifts to make?  Please share your stories in the comments.

I'm knocking mine out one at a time... and am down to one that has a specific-to-Christmas deadline. (The rest I won't see until after Christmas so I'm allowing myself time!)

So far, I've done a baby clothes quilt and two sets of pajamas for my neice and nephew. Right now I'm working on some Stitched Handprints, similar to what I sell in my Etsy shop (SomethingSewn.Etsy.com).

I love handmade gifts! I'm new to your blog, but have been following for a little bit now. Love it!
