A girl can never have too many wallets and purses, right? So when I saw this Valori Wells pattern for $3 at a local quilt shop, I had to buy it. I love the shape. Here's the link to the pattern.
With all these bright colors, it won't be hard to find inside my bag! Instead of the snap shown on the pattern, I used velcro to close it. I find that usually holds up better than a hand-sewn snap.
I'm going to use it as a business card holder.
BTW, check out Valori's free tutorial/pattern on her blog for a grocery tote - looks very do-able! She also has several other free patterns, and lots of inspiration!

Valori's grocery tote pattern is very nice. I highly recommend it! I've made about a dozen of them to use myself and give as gifts. They are very sturdy and hold a lot of groceries (or other stuff). I always get nice comments on them from the cashiers and baggers too.
I've been looking for a wallet pattern- I will check out Valorie's. I got a chance to visit the Stitchin' Post last month at Sister's. It is a beautiful shop filled with her fabric and patterns!
Thanks!
Great Idea, love this,, Thanks for posting
