Zippered Pouches

I just had the most creative weekend.  Made a bunch of new stuff for my Etsy shop, including some cute zippered pouches.  I started with some patchwork, then added borders and even some hand embroidery.  It was one of those projects that just grew as I went along.  Love when a creative spirit seems to guide your hands.

I started with this pink square bag.

Then, I pulled out some of Tula Pink Nest fabrics, and made a bigger wristlet-style bag.

These both happened because I had cut up my scraps into usable pieces - thanks again, Scrap Therapy book!  

I also made some cute cupcake stuff, including these eyeglass cases:

I haven't forgotten about the notions fabric project I promised to share.  Just need to photograph it.  Please check back later in the week!
